A high level gathering in Baghdad on Sunday decided to hold the next ministerial meeting of Iraq 's neighbors, and other Mideast countries, as well as representatives from the U.N. and the Group of Eight industrialized nations in Istanbul between October 31 and November 1.
Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari told The New Anatolian in a telephone interview that the Istanbul meeting will be extremely important as the participants will take some solid decisions in energy, security and refugees issues and will also decide on establishing a permanent secretariat for the conference.
