Iraqi President Jalal Talabani warned the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and its Iranian offshoot the Party for a Free Life in Kurdistan (PJAK) to stop attacks on Turkey and Iran from Iraqi bases, saying Iraqi authorities will expel them if the attacks continue. Full Text
